About the event
March 6th, Leading Yourself Well - A Tactical Approach to Personal Development & Team Building - Relationships & Tough Conversations
You spend an entire shift, an entire career, taking care of others, you do this at the expense of ever taking care of yourself and the ones that love you. In our brief time together we are going to look at the first responder relationship and the role that you play in its health. How can it be that we have this amazing ability to fix others, their situations, & relationships in a matter of minutes and yet we fail so miserably at fixing our own. Being intentional, putting down the phone, having the tough conversations you’ve been running from starts the transformation. The transformation from being a spectator in your life to one that is actively contributing to it. Tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately after this webinar concludes will shift your perspective and give you the support and encouragement that might have been lacking. How do you love, forgive, and show yourself grace after infidelity? How do you right the wrong and move forward when saying sorry isn’t enough? How do you keep the team together and turn this incredibly destructive event into one that brings you closer? These are just a few of the topics that will be discussed in my attempt to keep the storm from coming, and if you’re in it, get you through it so you can start to rebuild. Let’s go!
