Mentorship: Putting the Pieces Together is a course is specifically designed for first responders. This Program serves several purposes: - To assist in onboarding new hires, - To develop cohesiveness and inclusion, and; - To assist employees with organizational movement (career advice and advancement, retirement planning, etc.). - Participants will be able to identify the need for a mentor program in their lives and within their respective agencies.
