Through the Undercover Association's specialized training for law enforcement, he created a space where trust, mentorship, and skill development came together. His vision not only helped shape our foundation but also empowered countless officers with the critical knowledge and tools needed to operate safely and effectively in undercover roles. We are proud to have started our journey under his guidance—and forever grateful for the doors he opened.

Under Robert Michaels’ leadership, the organization became a trusted resource for those facing invisible wounds from service.
